VBS SNACKS SIGN UP: Food donations are being requested for snacks for this year’s Vacation Bible School. A sign-up sheet is posted on the tripod in the foyer with the list of needed food items.

VBS CRAFT ITEM NEEDED: If anyone has any old used CD discs & bright colored tissue paper would you please bring them to the church for a craft project at VBS. See Diane Hagemann with questions.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL: Vacation Bible School is just around the corner and we need your help. Please sign up to assist with our 2010 VBS “Hero Headquarters”. Dates are Sunday, August 8 through Thursday, August 12 from 6:15 to 8:45 p.m. A signup sheet is located in the foyer for those interested in volunteering. VBS REGISTRATION: Parents and grandparents, if your child(ren) will be attending this year’s Vacation Bible School, please stop by the north table in the foyer and take a registration form. Completed forms should be placed in the secretaries basket on her door. Dates for this year’s VBS are Sunday, August 8th - Thursday, August 12th from 6:15 to 8:45 p.m.

CEDARVILLE FUN FAIR: This year’s fun fair is scheduled for Sunday, August 15th from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the church. We are going to have games/activities, music, fellowship, entertainment & food. Sign-up sheets are being passed around during church today with the list of food items that we will need. If you have any questions contact Dawn Mathiot.

IL EC MEN’S RETREAT: To be held at RRBC, Dixon IL on August 13 & 14. Cost: $25 registration fee includes Friday night snacks; Sat. Breakfast & Lunch. 1 night lodging at RRBC, dynamic messages and praise music. Space is limited to the first 75 men. Registration forms with more information are available on the north table in the foyer for those who are interested.


FACC DONATION BOX: A donation box is available in the hallway in the foyer for anyone who would like to contribute non-perishable food items or personal care products such as soap, tooth brushes, tooth paste, etc. Donations will be taken to FACC for distribution to those in need.

MAGIC WATERS: The Hoy Fire Youth Group will be going to Magic Waters on Tuesday, July 27th. They will be leaving the church at 9:00 and returning at 7:00 p.m. The Cost is $10 to get into the park. Talk to Andrew if you have any questions.

NEW SHEPHERD’S GUIDE AVAILABLE: Copies of the June 2010 edition of The Shepherd’s Guide are available on the Welcome Table in the foyer for those who are interested.

OUR DAILY BREAD DEVOTIONALS AVAILABLE: Copies of the June, July, August edition of the Our Daily Bread devotionals are now available at the Welcome Table in the foyer for those who are interested.

JULY BIRTHDAY/ANNIVERSARY LIST AVAILABLE: Copies of the July birthday/anniversary list are available on the north table in the foyer for those who were not here when they were distributed.

WELCOME TEAM REMINDER: Members of our Welcome Team are reminded to sign up to staff our Welcome Table for an upcoming Sunday in August.

VILLAGE NEWSPAPER AVAILABLE: Copies of the July Echoes of Cedarville village newspaper are available on the north table in the foyer for those who are interested.
